From Stefan Hofmann:
The parts I could decipher look like:

"Das ??????? ist mir zu bechardet(?)
und zu viel ?????? ich will nichts
dar mit zu tun haben =============
so vil von mir anna maria lupp
Michel ???? "

the first ??????? seems to be the subject of it all. It's a pity that I
can't read it, but it looks a bit like "atmißiei" and this does not make
any sense to me. Even my Latin dictionary and my Lexicons could not give
me an idea. The translation is somethng like:

"The ?????? is too damaged(?) for me
and too much ????? I don't have
no concern with it ==============
that's what I have to say anna maria lupp
Michel ???? "

Your assumption that it has something to do with a will sounds reasonably.
The text seems to be a disclaimer. It looks like Anna Maria Lupp should
care about something which she thinks is too much for her to cope with.
That's why she wrote this document. The name under the snudged ink is not
readable. The first character is an "a", and the last word seems to be
"Lupp", but I don't know why it has been striked. I got an idea, though.
Could it be that the original document contained lines one to three only,
and that a(nton) Lupp subscribed? My idea is that the sentence "so vil
von mir" and the subscription of anna maria lupp came later to confirm,
that she thinks the same way about the subject as A(nton) Lupp did.

From "The Lupp Family, A Report on Work-in-Progress" by Robert Lupp, 1971:
[I am abstracting this first paragraph]
Joh. Peter Lupp, born 26 November 1795, died 17 March 1861 aged 66 years
3 months and 21 days according to his tombstone. His wife Elisabeth
Lauer/Lower, born 9 April 1798, the daughter of Johannes and Elisabeth
Lauer. Her date of death unknown.

According to the "Compiler" [newspaper] of 9 October 1822, "Lup, Peter and
Lower, Elizabeth; both of Menallen Township," were married on 1 October
1822 by the Rev. William Runkel. I have in my possession an elaborate,
old "Birth and Baptism Certificate", in German, for an Elisabeth Lauer,
who I am presuming to be the wife of Peter Lupp. The girl was born in 1798,
but the certificate had to be filled in after 1800 because it says that she
was born in Adams County (which did not become a separate county until
1800). This document says that Elisabeth Lauer was born on 9 April 1798 in
Streban Township, Adams County, was baptized on 20 May 1798, and was the
daughter of Johannes and Elisabeth Lauer. Peter and Elisabeth Lupp had
five children:
Sophia Catharina Lupp, born 23 August 1823, died 13 April 1884
Henry Lupp, born 23 April 1826, died 3 February 1909
Hannah Lupp, born 23 August 1827
Johannes (John) Lupp, born 4 August 1832, died 13 August 1904
Adam Lupp, born 14 March 1836, died 8 May 1910

To my knowledge, Peter Lupp never owned any land; I could find no deeds
under his name at the Adams County Court House. Peter Lupp died 17 March
1861, having apparently lived his entire life in upper Adams County. His
obituary in the Compiler reads: "On the 17th inst., Mr. PETER LOOP, of
Butler Twonship aged 66 years, 3 months and 21 days." His tombstone is in
Fairview Cemetery at Arendtsville... He died when the old Union cemetery
was still in use and before Fairview and Evergreen cemeteries were founded.
Whether or not he was reburied... or whether a new stone was simply set
up in Fairview cemetery... I do not know.

Also says Sarah Anne Bowers was from Cumberland Co., Pa., that the sponsors
for John Lupp's baptism were George Blank and Katy, that John had no
children by his second wife, and that John was a carpenter.
